The Polish American Association’s Career Center hosts 2 free seminars March 8th & March 15th.
Social Security Benefits
Doors: 5:30 pm ~~ In Annex
The Social Security Benefits Seminar will be conducted by a Polish speaking representative of a local Social Security office and it will cover:
- Review of the Social Security programs
- Benefit application process
- Forms & services available online
- How to use the available interpretation services
The second seminar will take place on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at 6 PM
Seminar will be conducted by a Polish speaking attorney and it will focus on:
- The U.S. – Polish Social Security Agreement
- How to apply for U.S. or foreign benefits under this agreement.
Both seminars will take place at the Copernicus Center located at 5216 W. Lawrence.

Świadczenia Social Security
Pierwsze spotkanie odbędzie się we wtorek, 8 marca, 2016 o godz. 18.00
Na spotkaniu polskojęzyczny przedstawiciel biura Social Security zaprezentuje między innymi następujące zagadnienia:
- Przegląd programów Social Security
- Zasady ubiegania się o świadczenia
- Usługi i formularze dostępne na Internecie
- Zasady korzystania z usług tłumacza
Spotkanie drugie odbędzie się we wtorek, 15 marca, 2016 o godz. 18.00
Na spotkaniu polskojęzyczny prawnik omówi:
- Porozumienie emerytalne pomiędzy Polską a Stanami Zjednoczonymi
- Zasady łączenia emerytur polskich i amerykańskich
Obydwa spotkania odbędą się w Centrum Kopernikowskim przy 5216 W. Lawrence.
