The POWSAT Officers will be conducting an Active Threat/Situational Awareness Public Safety Presentation.
This presentation will cover the importance of recognizing the characteristics of subjects who appear suspicious, how to identify suspicious activity, and ways to identify, address and respond to active threats. POWSAT will also discuss what to expect when police arrive on the scene of an active threat situation.
The goal of this Public Safety presentation is educating the public so they can take-action and become more situationally aware of their surroundings at all times, especially while in public places.
