Covid Vaccine Clinic 1-29-2022

A Covid Vaccine Clinic for the Northwest side of Chicago will be offered on 29 January. Come to the Copernicus Center and get your Covid vaccine or booster shot on Saturday, January 29, 2022 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.

First and second doses of Covid vaccines will be available for adults and children five years and older. Booster vaccines will also be available for adults and children 12 years and older.

All vaccines are free! No insurance required and no appointments needed.

If you or your child are getting your first or second dose, you will receive a $50 Visa Gift Card.

An additional clinic is planned for 19 February. More information to come.
