The Polonia Cup 2025 is an 18 hole scramble tournament held at Deerpath Golf Course in Lake Forest, Illinois. Join us for our 8th Annual Polonia Cup Golf Outing to benefit a non profit, Copernicus Foundation. The outing will be followed by the reception, awards, and lunch which will be sure to include some great networking.

Organize your best foursome for a chance to win the POLONIA CUP. Have your names engraved on the cup plate for all to remember.
