A Musical Dialogue That Transcends Borders
A unique duo of virtuosos from distant musical worlds — geographically, philosophically, and culturally — comes together to create a new, shared sound.
Although their traditions differ greatly, they’ve found a common musical language. By blending Far Eastern percussion artistry with European-style improvised music, they create a mystical fusion full of depth, emotion, and sonic exploration.
Leszek Możdżer – one of Poland’s most outstanding and original jazz pianists, an artist of international acclaim, known for his distinctive style and innovative approach to sound. His performances often feature two pianos in different tunings, as well as his pioneering decaphonic piano – the first in the world tuned to a ten-degree temperament. He has recorded with legends such as Tomasz Stańko, Anna Maria Jopek, Zbigniew Preisner, and Jan A.P. Kaczmarek (Oscar winner for Finding Neverland). Recipient of numerous awards, including the Polityka Passport, multiple Fryderyk Awards, and the Knight’s Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta. Website
Zohar Fresco – the legendary Israeli percussionist, composer, and pioneer of the tof miriam, an ancient frame drum. Recognized as one of the greatest percussionists in his field, he developed a unique technique that bridges the traditions of the Middle East, Asia, and Europe. He has collaborated with Philip Glass, Hamid Drake, Daniel Zamir, and Ara Dinkjian. His extraordinary precision, sense of rhythm, and stage charisma make every performance unforgettable. Website

Wyjątkowy duet wirtuozów z odległych muzycznych światów – różniących się geograficznie, filozoficznie i kulturowo – tworzy nową, wspólną przestrzeń dźwięku.
Choć tradycje, z których się wywodzą, są tak odmienne, znaleźli wspólny język.
Z połączenia dalekowschodniej sztuki perkusyjnej i europejskiej muzyki improwizowanej powstaje mistyczny mariaż brzmień, pełen emocji, energii i artystycznej wolności.
Leszek Możdżer – jeden z najwybitniejszych polskich pianistów jazzowych, artysta o międzynarodowej renomie, znany z charakterystycznego stylu i nowatorskiego podejścia do dźwięku. Eksperymentuje z fortepianem, strojem i temperacją, tworząc własny, rozpoznawalny język muzyczny. Muzyk często używa na swoich koncertach dwóch fortepianów w dwóch różnych strojach, jest też pomysłodawcą pierwszego na świecie fortepianu dekafonicznego – strojonego w dziesięciostopniowym systemie temperowanym. Nagrywał m.in. z Tomaszem Stańką, Anną Marią Jopek, Zbigniewem Preisnerem i Janem A.P. Kaczmarkiem(Oscar za Finding Neverland). Laureat m.in. Paszportu Polityki, Fryderyków i Krzyża Kawalerskiego Orderu Odrodzenia Polski. Website
Zohar Fresco – legendarny izraelski perkusjonista i kompozytor, mistrz gry na tof miriam, starożytnym bębnie ramowym. Uznawany za jednego z najważniejszych artystów w świecie instrumentów perkusyjnych. Współpracował z Philipem Glassem, Hamidem Drakiem, Danem Zamirem czy Arą Dinkjianem. Jego niezwykła precyzja, rytmiczne wyczucie i charyzma czynią każdy występ niezapomnianym przeżyciem. Website
Razem – tworzą muzyczny dialog ponad granicami. Ich koncerty to spotkanie dwóch przyjaciół, których łączy wspólna pasja i duch improwizacji.
