Włoski biznesmen i wielki patriota Luigi Caruso czyni starania, żeby odzyskać od Francuzów bezcenny obraz Mona Lizy. Kiedy nadarza się okazja, postanawia nie zmarnować swojej szansy. Po raz pierwszy w historii obraz ma przyjechać na wystawę do Polski, będzie wystawiany w Pałacu Kultury. Luigi zbiera ekipę w Polsce, chcąc przechwycić obraz. Tworzą ją cztery nietuzinkowe, acz nie do końca zorganizowane kobiety… Monika, która właśnie wyszła z więzienia po warunkowym zwolnieniu. Cztery lata odsiadki nauczyły ją tego, że nie warto ufać mężczyznom. Karla jest tajną agentką włoskiego wywiadu, która żyje poza systemem jako bezdomna na ulicach Warszawy. Natalia jest absolwentką prestiżowego Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego, którą zdegradowano w muzealnej pracy do roli tabliczki informacyjnej. Anna jest byłą policjantką, którą wyrzucono z pracy w wyniku fałszywego donosu. Wszystkie są wściekłe i zdeterminowane, żeby dokonać kradzieży i zarobić 100 milionów dolarów, żeby zmienić swoje warunki życiowe i odegrać się na ludziach, którzy je skrzywdzili. Czy im się to uda? Czy znajdą wspólny język przy takiej różnicy charakterów? Czy otrzymają obiecane 100 milionów dolarów? I co zamierzają zrobić z tak niewyobrażalną i niedorzeczną sumą pieniędzy?
