Tributosaurus Becomes The Beatles, Vol. 6 The White Album

Performed in its entirety, with faithful re-creations of the original arrangements.

The audacious Tributosaurus Beatles project, to perform all of their recorded songs from start to
finish, has reached the most hallowed double album in rock and roll history.

On the heels of 2 celebrated concerts performing Sgt. Pepper’s and Magical Mystery Tour (in their
entirety with a 30 piece orchestra), Tributosaurus attacks the next challenge. Re-creating the
sprawling, genre shifting genius of The White Album will be a joyful, meticulous exercise.

The horn sections on “Savoy Truffle” and “Revolution 1.” The bluegrass fiddle on “Don’t Pass Me By.”
The vast orchestral swells of “Good Night.” The sound collage on “Revolution 9.” As always,
Tributosaurus will somehow bring songs built on studio wizardry to a live performance.

The Beatles began to splinter and break apart during these recordings, often yielding what were
essentially solo tracks. Yoko Ono was in the studio for the first time, adding to the tension. Sessions
were long, full of disagreements, and arduous; Ringo left for two weeks at one point in frustration.
Paul played drums on Dear Prudence in his absence.

But somehow through that discord, 30 songs of wide ranging styles emerged that hold together
remarkably well.

The expanse of the Tributosaurus Beatles series requires a special venue, and it returns to the
perfect place. The Copernicus Center Theater was the first movie palace in Chicago designed for
talking pictures, and it has been restored to its’ original condition and outfitted for live performance. It
is incredibly convenient – located just a block from the Kennedy on Lawrence, and 2 blocks from
Metra and Blue Line stops at Jefferson Park Terminal. From the starry sky ceiling to the marble clad
lobbies, everything about this theater impresses, and the acoustics are fantastic too.

Cezary Pazura i trzej muszkieterowie polskiego kabaretu

Cezary Pazura

Zapowiadał się na bardzo utalentowanego aktora scenicznego. Jeszcze jako student łódzkiej Filmówki wystąpił w roli doktora Żywago w warszawskim Teatrze Ochoty.

Ta rola była objawieniem. Potem przez lata pozostał wierny scenie Machulskich – swoich profesorów. Na krótko przeniósł się do Teatru Powszechnego. Szybko uznał, że jego żywiołem jest film. Dał się zauważyć w produkcjach Machulskiego, Pasikowskiego, Koterskiego. To przyniosło ogromną popularność. Z myślą o nim nakręcono serial „13 posterunek”. W Polsacie prowadził również teleturniej „Strzał w 10”

W ostatnich latach coraz chętniej występuje na estradzie. Prowadzi kabaretony, pojawił się jako komentator w programie „Zabij mnie śmiechem”. Na estradzie też postanowił obchodzić swoje 25-lecie pracy artystycznej. Do udziału zaprosił m.in. Jerzego Kryszaka, Kabaret Ani Mru Mru, Kabaret Moralnego Niepokoju, Piotra Bałtroczyka, Kabaret Młodych Panów, a także – po raz pierwszy w kabaretowym wydaniu – aktora Pawła Małaszyńskiego. Wspólnie z jubilatem świętowali również m.in. Andrzej Grabowski, Radosław Pazura, Kuba Sienkiewicz, Łowcy.B oraz Paweł Dłużewski.

Piotr Baltroczyk

Absolwent Wydziału Dziennikarstwa i Nauk Politycznych Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego. Znany jako człowiek orkiestra. Jest połączeniem nietuzinkowego dziennikarza, poety o stu twarzach i satyryka posługującego się iście niecodziennym językiem. Estrada to jego środowisko naturalne. Laureat Wiktora 2004 i  2007 w kategorii Osobowość telewizyjna oraz nagrody Dziennikarzy FPP Opole 2001. Niezaprzeczalnie jest unikatową postacią polskiej estrady. Prowadził i prowadzi niemal wszystko, w tym samochody i motocykle. Wystąpił w kilkuset programach telewizyjnych, jako gospodarz lub wykonawca. Jest przewodnikiem wielu imprez estradowych i łatwiej wymienia się te, w których nie brał udziału jako konferansjer, niż odwrotnie.

Jerzy Kryszak

Każdy występ Jerzego Kryszaka jest wydarzeniem nadzwyczajnym i niepowtarzalnym. Siła jego satyry bierze się stąd, że spotyka się bezpośrednio z publicznością i angażuje ją w swoje skecze,czym buduje niepowtarzalną atmosferę. Jerzy Kryszak propaguje dowcip publicystyczny pełen świeżego spojrzenia na bieżącą scenę polityczną, ze zręcznością, obnażający jej wady i słabości. Aktor umiejętnie wciela się w postać którą naśladuje. Gestykuluje, zmienia głos, akcentuje np. krzycząc – po prostu stwarza niepowtarzalne widowsko, na którą publiczność reaguje śmiechem i brawami. Show Kryszaka to występ zarówno dla młodych jak i dla starszych. Kryszak na scenie jest niebanalny, często wymagający i zawsze pozostawia dobre wrażenie.

Artur Andrus

Artur Andrus to artysta multimedialny. Na co dzień redaktor trójkowej “Powtórki z rozrywki”, legendarny gospodarz spotkań kabaretowych w warszawskiej “Piwnicy pod Harendą”, co jakiś czas konferansjer różnych imprez kabaretowych, a poza tym poeta, piosenkarz, dziennikarz, autor książek, tekstów piosenek, bajek, artysta kabaretowy, komentator “Szkła kontaktowego”, Mistrz Mowy Polskiej…
5 marca 2012 r. nakładem wytwórni Mystic Production ukazała się nowa płyta Artura Andrusa “Myśliwiecka”, która zawiera takie hity jak: Ballada o Baronie, Niedzwiedziu i Czarnej Helenie; Cieszyńska, Piłem w Spale, spałem w Pile i wiele innych. Po 9 miesiącach od wydania, płyta uzyskała status Podwójnie Platynowej Płyty.

After a sold out tour in Europe, he brings his successful play to North America for a tour in 2013.  Lazopoulos, with his trademark wit and shrewdness we have come to know and love, shares with us his perception of what is happening in Greece today, offered of course through a comical and satirical filter!

As the artist himself puts it, “‘Sorry…I’m Greek!’ is a play full of memories.  Your own memories, the memories of the Greeks living in Greece, and new thoughts…each and every one of us can provide the necessary strength for us to re-capture our soul and lift it up high”…guided by laughter, we shall add!
