Poradnia Zawodowa Zrzeszenia Amerykańsko Polskiego pragnie zaprosić wszystkich zainteresowanych na spotkanie informacyjne dotyczące procesu ubiegania się o FAFSA, federalną pomoc finansową na studia. Prezentacji dokona przedstawiciel Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC). 

Podczas spotkania omawiane będą między innymi następujące zagadnienia:

  • Co to jest Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)?
  • Jakie dokumenty są potrzebne, aby wypełnić aplikację?
  • Jakie są terminy składania aplikacji?
  • Jak dowiedzieć się czy pomoc finansowa została przyznana?
  • Inne formy pomocy finansowej (pożyczki, program Federal Work-Study, stypendia)

The Career Center of the Polish American Association invites you to attend a free Information Session on FAFSA (Free Application For Federal Student Aid). The presentation will be conducted by a representative of the Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC).

It will cover the following topics:

  • What is the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)?
  • What records are needed to complete FAFSA?
  • What are the deadlines for applying?
  • How to check the status of an application?
  • Other forms of financial aid (loans, Federal Work-Study program, scholarships)

The session will take place on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at 6:00 pm at the Copernicus Center located at 5216 W. Lawrence.
